Taxes, Fees, and Booking Policies:
The state of Florida along with Walton county charges a total of 7% sales tax on short term rentals. In addition, there is a "Tourist Development Tax" in South Walton County of 5%, so a total of 12% taxes is added to your total bill,
*Renters must be 25 years of age or older.
*50% of total cost due at the time of booking.
*Balance of payment due one week before arrival.
